They are monoprints Lynda. Using a laminated piece of paper as the 'glass' I spread white acrylic / fabric paint out with a roller. Using a toothed scraper that you use for grouting tiles I made marks / swirls one way and then across the other way (i.e. horizontally and vertically) You then place your piece of paper / fabric on top and smooth over it with your hand. Then you paint the paper with dye or with the fabric I dyed it in bags! Should've done this as a post not a comment!

I love thhat one too! Isn't Ruth Issett fantastic? I did a weekend course with her around March this year and dyed in plastic bags. Be barave and join her Masterclass it is far too good an opportunity to pass. IMO you are definitely good enough from what I have seen on your blog.
